News: NPTEL certification course on Artificial Intelligence

NPTEL certification course on Artificial Intelligence IIT Madras is c urrently inviting applications for two new free online courses on artificial intelligence, which can be taken by anyone who is interested to learn about the subject. The courses are available on the National Programme on Technology Enhanced Learning (NPTEL) wherein other IITs an d IISc are offering several free online courses scheduled to begin in January. The free online courses on artificial intelligence being offered by IIT Madras are titled “AI: Constraint Satisfaction” and “Artificial Intelligence: Knowledge Representation and Reasoning.” The courses are being conducted by Prof Deepak Khemani who is a professor at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, IIT Madras. Participants can take the courses for free, but to take an exam and obtain the e-certificate from NPTEL, participants will have to pay a fee of Rs 1000.
