Product Consultants - Job Description
Product consultants will work closely with the Engineering Team and Customers. The feedback from our customers is priceless for us, and the consultants will have to gather that for the company. He/She should be able to act as a liaison to provide product support, configure Linways products as per the customer's requirements, and resolve any problems or need for clarifications that our clients might face with accuracy and efficiency.
Roles and responsibilities
👉 Learn Linways’ products and stay up-to-date with its latest features,
👉 Product testing,
👉 Inform our customers about new features, and provide training,
👉 Identify and assess our customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction,
👉 Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication,
👉 Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to users and configure Linways’ products,
👉 Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up on them to ensure customer satisfaction,
👉 Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents,
👉 Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Desired Profile
👉 Problem-solving ability.
👉 Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
👉 Should be excited to help customers.
👉 Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
👉 Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters with the appropriate attitude.

The interested students shall be identified from the registrations in the "Resource Pool of 2019 & 2020 Graduates of CCET", provided they have opted "Information Technology (IT) / Information Technology Enabled Services (ITES)" as one of their career interest.

Selection Procedure:
Shortlisting of the candidate will be conducted at the college level, after conducting test/interview, and the list will be forwarded to Linways Technologies for further interview.
There will be relaxation in the case of back papers, provided the candidate is otherwise capable for the post.
Proposed Salary: Rs12,500/- to Rs15,000/- per month
