👉10th and 12th - 70% marks
👉B. Tech. / MCA till last semester - Minimum 6.5 CGPA

Selection Process:
All of us know that colleges produce varying levels of talent - while everyone has the potential to be good, there are a select few who are exceptional, and we want to ensure that exceptional talent does not slip away from our talent pool. And so, from this year on, we are thrilled to inform you that we will be hiring not one, but two batches of students from your college. The Regular Batch will join at our standard CTC of INR 360,000 per annum and has the same benefits and perks as all other new joiners. The second batch, one that will have the most exceptional talent we find, which we will term Elite Batch, will have a higher CTC of INR 500,000 per annum and a fast-tracked training program and subsequent project allocation. We intend to conduct campus interviews as usual and will follow it up with a Special Evaluation Test to mark the difference in the selected candidates. Those that can crack our Special Evaluation Test will automatically find themselves in the Elite Batch, with all its additional perks.
