ProGrad and Thoughtworks Train and Hire Program for Women

ProGrad in collaboration with Thoughtworks is organising a free Train and Hire program, designed for women. This program aims to empower women to pursue fulfilling careers in Tech. This opportunity is for freshers for Graduate Developer role with a CTC of 7-8 LPA.

Few Important Details about the program:
- Full-time CTC : 7- 8 LPA (on successfully completing the training and internship)
- Students from any degree/stream - with 60% marks throughout 10th, 12th, UG/PG, knowledge in one of the programming languages : C++/Java/Python
- Training Duration: 12 weeks - starting from September '21 (6-8 hours per day - Monday to Friday)
- A stipend of INR 20K per month will be paid during the training program and internship

- The training program is completely sponsored by Thoughtworks

- Candidates are required to arrange a functional laptop and a good internet connection

Location: Remote - you can undergo the training program from the comfort of your home

- All applicants will have to undergo multiple rounds of evaluation. The process may include 2 online coding rounds, online technical and HR interviews. Candidates will be allowed to use any language they are comfortable with for the coding rounds. Further instructions will be communicated via email to all the applicants.
- Candidates who clear the evaluation process will receive a LOI from Thoughtworks and an invitation to the exclusive training program.
