Roles and Responsibilities:

-Closely associated with Compliance, Quality and Audit Control and process implementation for all projects and recommendations.

-Plan and manage projects, and prepare material, cost and timing estimates, reports, and design specifications for machinery and systems.

-Derive productivity gains through creating and re-engineering processes.

-Preparation and submittal of shop drawings and participate actively in the design and estimation of projects.

-Interpretation of As-Built Drawings and Process Drawings

-Engineering study of civil/mechanical structures as per industry standards

-Piping Isometric preparation and spool drawing preparation

-Project Associate in Design & Analysis Projects for Academia Mech/Auto/Civil

-Impart Technical Training, Team building & Knowledge transfer.

-2D drafting make part & assembly drawing AutoCAD.

-Impart Technical Training, Team building & Knowledge transfer.

-Participate in Project discussions & Presentations with client for AAPL.

-Piping Engineering with ASME/API codes

-Support structural calculations (Analytical & Numerical)

-Static /Dynamic analysis of MEP/Process/Offshore piping using CAESAR II

-Pump Head calculations, Static Pressure Calculations

-Detailing and Drafting

-Construction Documentation & Linking and Coordination

-Working with Architects/Engineers and onsite co-ordination

-Derive productivity gains through creating and re-engineering processes, seat utilization.

-Work includes setting team goals and assessing the team's performance.

-Presentation skills and training implementation

-Seismic Stress Analysis of CHW/Fire Pipes and offshore piping using ASME and NFPA codes

-Hydraulic/Surge Analysis study

-Acoustic/Vibration Study of Equipment's and HVAC systems

Desired Candidate Profile: BE/ME Mechanical/Civil/Structural with minimum 60 aggregate 

The selected candidates will be under probation for the first 6 months (including 2 months training) with a salary of 10,000.00/ month. There will be about 30% increment, after probation period, based on the performance.
